The B&B consists of 2 parts: on the 1st floor of our house we have a bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from Roermond town centre and the outlet centre, and is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma divan beds, a luxury bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for two additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
