Holiday rentals with a patio in Nolin Lake

We stayed here for my daughter's orientation at WKU. The location was perfect as it was close to campus and walking distance to some really great restaurants. The space was larger than expected, beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony where we were able to enjoy the fireworks that were set off at the ballpark a few blocks away. We had a private, off street parking space right by the entrance which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

Annette was so helpful! I accidentally forgot a load of laundry in the dryer after I checked out. She was quick to reach out and let me know before I drove too far away!

Diana's place was perfect for us and is very close to our family, but gives us the privacy we want. Diana is a wonderful host and the accommodations are pretty great for our needs. Warm and cozy for our winter stay. Will stay again. Thanks so very much, Debbie

We had such a good time, and Mary was so so very helpful! We ended up running into each other and she was so delightful to talk with. She gave great recommendations while we were down there and the place was so clean and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend this place enough! She is so sweet and very responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Percy’s Place, once again! Our second visit was just as wonderful as the first, very clean and our host was incredibly thoughtful with the fresh flowers that greeted us upon arrival. The nature surrounding Percy’s Place is perhaps the highlight of our stay. We were able to sit in the rockers on the porch and listen to all the birds, watch the deer, and enjoy the simple serenity of it all! We even enjoyed watching the farmer plant the field adjacent to us on our last day! Thank you for another great stay and we look forward to next time!

We had a wonderful stay. House was bigger than the pictures. We had 2 teenagers and 3 Adults and we were very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed, loved the snacks they had left for us. House was super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the artwork. Close to restaurants and our destination. Beautiful deck overlooking the water too. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, has everything needed. Close to NCM Motorsports Park / GM Plant / Corvette Museum. Having a garage is great for working on your car for track events, would stay again.

Michael was such a great host. Before I even booked the house, I told him we were coming in for a baseball tournament and he let me know we were less than 5 minutes from the field. Also let me know there was a baseball field right across the street from us. And yes the boys played on it. We ran late on leaving from our home and he called to check on us. And that right there meant a lot to me. Such a great host. And the house itself was perfect for us. The boys had a great time skate boarding in the driveway and play in the back yard. And one other plus is the divider between the driveway and the neighbors driveway, there’s reflective tape on it so you can see easily in the dark. Huge plus for me since I have a hard time at night driving. We would definitely stay again.

Felt like home away from home. Super convenient, had everything we needed. I e will definitely be back next year!

Kim was very accommodating. She allowed my family with a toddler and several fur babies to stay a night while we were moving from Florida to Illinois. Her home was the perfect spot to take a break and was exactly as pictured. We would definitely recommend!

Such a great place! Right in the heart of downtown, walkable to shops and restaurants. A gem of a spot with a rooftop terrace and second level balcony as well. We are trying to think of reasons to come back just to stay again! Even better than pictured. Excellent hosts who were very communicative throughout. The decor is lovely and feels very high end. We stayed with two kids, ages 9 and 7, and found it very family friendly. Will definitely be back!

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. A perfect place to stay while in Bowling Green!!! It’s located super close to the main city area, downtown, and restaurants. Looks exactly like the photos and was super clean when we arrived. Highly recommend!!
