Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Mitten im Grünen: Unser Ferien- & Holzhaus umgeben vom kleinen Ponyhof. Das beste aus beiden Welten, nah an der Stadt Hamburg & Norderstedt und trotzdem im Grünen mitten auf der Wiese und von Pferden umgeben. Mit Blick auf die Wiesen und den Reitstall lädt der Garten zum Entspannen ein, der Grill ruft nach Barbecue und die Feuerstelle sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Das Holzhaus ist ziemlich flexibel nutzbar und es gibt noch 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze (zb. für ältere Kinder) im Alkoven oben.

Die Stadtmitte von Hamburg erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 1/2 Stunde, die umliegenden Moore zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. Die sonnendurchflutete Ferienwohnung ist bunt und fröhlich eingerichtet und verfügt neben einem grossen TV über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Ein Gästeparkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück.
