Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

House with garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city centre (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). It is about 20 minutes to the city centre by car, and about 30 minutes by train or bike. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out bed. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

I offer accommodation in a quiet, green location on the edge of the Auenwald. Since the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, it is ideal for fitters or those who have to work nearby. Leipzig Central Station is accessible by tram (which can be reached on foot in 6 minutes) within 30 minutes. There is also a shopping facility within a 5-minute walk. Certainly you can get one or the other extra from me by arrangement.:)

Living at the foot of the Schloßberg

The small, cozy attic apartment is centrally located yet quiet between Schloßberg and Mühlgraben. (Market, city center, city information, castle, zoo, train station, etc. are within walking distance). From the loft bed (double bed) you can observe the starry sky. The couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed. We can gladly provide another mattress and a crib.
