Grout-free bathroom with walk-in shower. A large, spacious living room. Kitchen with all utensils and the finest coffee! Bedroom with a window overlooking the inner courtyard.

Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

A small (45 m²), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east of Leipzig. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can reside here comfortably for two, but if in doubt, also fold out the sofa (110 x 200 cm) and a mattress (80 x 200 cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with washing up. There are exterior blinds in the bedroom and living room, so it is pitch dark for sleeping. If in doubt, just ask :)

Very close to the bustling railway road and yet far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. We have everything you need to live, after all, we live here ourselves. On the third floor you have a lot of light all day and the balcony invites you to relax. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog, but it does not shed hair.
