Eine kleine (45m2), charmante und zentral gelegene Dachgeschosswohnung im leipziger Osten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafes, Kneipen und Parks sind direkt um die Ecke. Man kann hier gemütlich zu zweit residieren, aber im Zweifel auch das Sofa (110x200cm) und eine Matratze ausklappen (80x200cm). Ein kleiner Geschirrspüler ist auch in der Küche, also keinen Stress mit Abwasch. Es gibt in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer Außenrollos, ist dann stockfinster zum Schlafen. Im Zweifel fragt einfach an :)

Große Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen mit Heimkino für Familien und Gruppen. Ideal gelegen in Leipzig’s Südvorstadt. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten befinden sich um die Ecke auf der Karli (Leipzig’s Kneipenmeile). Die Altstadt ist nur eine kurze Straßenbahnfahrt/Busfahrt entfernt. Mit Hotelbettwäsche und professioneller Reinigung bieten wir ein Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Essen mit bis zu 8 Personen benötigt.

Mitten in der Stadt und doch im Grünen

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Südvorstadt in der Nähe der Rennbahn in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Am besten bewegt man sich per Fahrrad, dann kann man fast alle Orte durch Wald und Park schnell erreichen. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in ca.13 Minuten. Bus und Tram sind um die Ecke. In der Straße gibt es einen Einkaufsladen. Das Bett ist 140cm breit und ist im Schlafzimmer auf der ruhigen Hofseite. Die Wohnung ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Kinder ab 12 Jahre sind willkommen.

Die Eingang zum park der Stadt ist 20 meter entfernt. Es gibt ein Biergarten mit wundervollem Essen in der mitte des Parks und ein berühmter Michelin (1) Restaurant sehr in der nähe.
