It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. The apartment is not for parties, but perfect for quiet guests who want to stay close to Oslo city centre. Walking distance to central train station and neighbour to the Opera and Munch Museum. From the apartment you have a view of the lake with several bath boats that create a pleasant atmosphere in the environment and can also be used by paying a fee. Many restaurants are close to the apartment. Grocery store is in the same building, as well as one that is open on Sundays. In summer, there is a bustling beach life at the opera beach and on Sørengkaia.
