Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, sitting room and fireplace. Bedroom sleeping 160 and shower room (WC, washbasin and walk-in shower). Upstairs: bedroom sleeping 160 and 90, TV lounge area with bathroom (WC, washbasin and bath) and mezzanine "cabin" with a large futon bed sleeping 160.

South facing it is a lovely area to relax in the evenings with a nice glass of wine. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
