Entrance via private terrace, access to: Bedroom with double bed, living room with wood-burning stove, and extra sleeping space. Lovely bright kitchen. Toilet with shower, as well as access to laundry room. Free net and parking. The area is very scenic, with the fjord, Fjordparken, and Lindholm Høje as neighbors. If you walk or cycle across the fjord along the Culture Bridge, you are quickly at the café environment of Vestre Boat Harbour and Vestbyen. There are buses, trains and planes and groceries in walking and biking distance. Aalborg city 2 km No smoking and no animals.

80 m ² The apartment with furniture that is very centrally located, with entrance directly from the street. Kitchen/living room , dining table and room for sofa group. The living room is connected right away from which there is access to the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a walk-in shower and toilet with toilet and sink. Cozy townhouse in the middle of Aalborg, close to cafes, harbor environment and pedestrian streets, with the possibility of free parking. The house is originally from 1895 totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need to have a lovely stay. The home is on 2 levels and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The living room plan consists of a kitchen/living room that allows for extra bedding. Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to fjords, alfresco swimming, marina, shopping, culture and nature. Free parking. Easy transport with both train and bus to attractions throughout Nordjylland. Just a 40 min drive to the beach by the popular Blokhus. In the center there are many delicious cafes and restaurants and 500 meters from the apartment is the cozy and original cafe, Ulla Therkildsen.
