Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Captiva Island

We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

The condo is beautiful! You have a very short walk to access to the public beach and a short drive to several great restaurants and bars.

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

Everything was great about this rental, great location, very clean, nicely updated and decorated. Well stocked kitchen with everything that was needed, especially sharp knives which tend to be lacking in others rentals we have stayed in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice having washer and dryer available. Andy was exceptional with communication and checking to see if everything was good for us. Accommodated an early check-in. Cleaning gals very friendly. Definitely recommend and would definitely rent from Andy again One of the best rental experiences.

What stood out to me was the unit's openness and cleanliness. The main house is adjacent to a guest house at the rear of the property—more on that shortly. Finding the house was straightforward. The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house met our expectations. Personally, I didn't sleep well on the foam mattress, but others in our group had no issues. I'm deducting one star from the "met description" rating because the "pull-out couch" was actually a sectional couch. It worked for our group, but it wasn't accurate. This was a minor issue. The biggest problem was the adjacent unit. The door separating the units provided almost no sound insulation, so the TV in the back was clearly audible in the living room with the sectional couch. I recommend the owner invest in a second door with better soundproofing. The house has a fantastic screened porch, perfect for morning coffee. Just a few steps away is a very nice pool as well.

The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

Our stay and the location was perfect The house was clean and fresh. The Pool and Lanai area were clean and the pool and lawn were maintained weekly. The area was beautiful and great for running, walking and riding bikes, without having to go out to the main road. Just a few miles from down town Cape Coral and grocery shopping. Great stay, we loved having the heated pool and screened in lanai. The propane grill was a great bonus, we cooked all of our meals outdoors. The house was beautiful and very cozy. We were missing a few baby items upon arrival that were supposed to always be there, but the host responded very quickly and brought over the missing items. Plenty of space to spread out for multiple guests. The neighborhood felt very safe. We would stay again if in the area.

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

Very good area and price and overall great experience. The pool was great and the space was good for five of us and our dogs. Everything included is very helpful and true to description. The stay with Raul was great thanks a lot would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Condo is awesome. Everything is brand new. Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, but this place is great. Nice pools, great lanai with view of the beach. Kelly was our co-host and great to work with. We'll hopefully be back!!

Sonia's condo is the nicest Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. It's exactly as described. Extremely comfortable, well decorated, quiet, and super clean. Many eateries are walkable. About a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. Many comfy beach chairs to bring down to the water. Superb communication. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time at Cathy's condo. It is very nice exactly as the photos show and a great location. It was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Very relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch birds coming and going. Would definitely book again.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
