Outside you can enjoy the pool, hot tub & grilling station or relax on the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Our clean cozy condo is 2 blocks (less than 5 min walk) from the ocean & is near grocery stores, restuarants, shopping & entertainment. Top floor, no elevator

Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.
