Please Note: This apartment is on an actual city street with vehicular traffic, not a desolate, whisper-quiet suburban street. May not be suitable for the lightest sleeper. Pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping ever inside the unit.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.

Cozy apartment just a few blocks away from the amazing hope street farmers market and a five minute drive to the iconic east side of providence.
