Ideal for a couple, our cottage offers something hard to find: not an apartment, but your own private chalet in the heart of a traditional lakeside village. Built from scratch just 25 years ago repurposing original stone from a Roman-era building, it combines modern comfort with a rural soul. Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Casa al Castagneto

Mountain house at an altitude of 600 meters, surrounded by chestnut and beech trees. 6 km from Arco, near Lake Garda, ideal for a relaxing vacation and home working, for lovers of trekking, mountain biking, climbing and nature walks. Equipped with all the comforts of home, it has a large fenced garden (300 sqm), private parking and an outdoor relaxation area to spend evenings with friends. Pets are welcome. For true nature lovers, suitable for both relaxation and sports, with bike paths and hiking, being in the Gardesane prealps near the Prato della Noce Nature Reserve. The entire building is built in stone and wood, with exposed beams in all rooms; outside you will find three tables with benches where you can eat your meals or relax reading a book lulled by the lapping of the crystal clear waters of the Agna stream; it is located 15 km from Salò.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
