Apartment holiday rentals in Northeast Italy

We were guests with my boyfriend for a weekend, we had a very good time, the area is very nice and quiet, Paola was very kind and always ready for any need. The location was great. The house is beautiful, full of details and cute things,there was everything you need for anything. We only had to stay for 2 nights but we had such a good time that we had an extra night! We will definitely be back! Ah, I forgot the fireplace, wood available and I would say it was the gem of everything. Thank you thank you thank you. 🥰

Huge favorite for Alessio's condo. Nestled on a mountainside, with a breathtaking view of the city and the lake. The sunset view on the balcony completely charmed us. Communication with Alessio was excellent. Luxury condo, super clean and very well equipped. We recommend it without hesitation!

The location of the apartment is convenient and great for reaching several destinations around the lake. Ivano was very helpful in providing us with information and tips on where to go. I highly recommend Ivano and his lake vacation facility.

It was a great stay with a beautiful view of the lake! Location was more remote than we thought but the host was very accommodating!

Dragana's apartment makes it easy to walk to the city center of Rovinj while being located in a quiet area, easy for parking. The apartment contains the amenities you need. There was also a terrace, very nice!

We spent 1 week in this beautiful accommodation and hope to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can easily be reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find some turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We loved it!

We four women stayed in the apartment for two nights. Edoardo was already waiting for us when we arrived. We were welcomed courteously and kindly with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The apartment was well maintained and clean, the beds very comfortable, the apartment large, coffee and water were already busy for us. The apartment is very well located locally and you are quickly in hypen places. However, the area can be noisy because of the traffic situation and the nightly exit in the area. Edoardo has stocked us all with enough earpax. We felt comfortable. Thanks Edoardo Antonio!

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!

Host:Very responsive to messages. Mother greeted us during checking. Explained in detail of the house. Very friendly and a go to person. House: Cosy house with a outdoor area. Nicely decorated. All necessary amenities were provided. Location: Superb.Easy to find due to clear instructions with pictures. Conclusion: Good host with a safe house at good location. Highly recommended. Barbara’s place is nothing short of amazing. Check in was so easy and once inside, it has got to be one of the cleanest places I have ever booked into! The surrounding were absolutely stunning, with the overlooking of Lake Garda was something special! I would 100% recommend Barbara’s place without hesitation. Thanks again.

Sara's apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated and we loved staying there. The sofa bed is comfortable, the pillows are very good and there's enough space to move past the unfolded sofa bed, so one doesn't have to store it away during the day. Into the center of Pula it's a short car ride from the apartment and there are lots of beaches and bays close by. It's the perfect location to explore Pula and it's beautiful surroundings including wonderful Kap Kamenjak Park.

Good location next to the train station. Clean apartment with everything you may need during your stay. Dog friendly place. Good pizza place from the menu in the apartment. Carrefour is close by, there is also a fruit/veg shop right next to the door. Comfortable bed and good outdoor seating area. Ornela was lovely - we were there during my birthday and she even got me a small gift! Thank you for everything!

Lovely place to which every day it was great to come back, close to the town and train station. Very nice hosts, ready to help with any situation with a high level of communication. Definitely worth recommending.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

Great view and the pool (which we couldn't use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, i.e. you either have to buy something in smaller shops (if you can find a parking space) or have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start directly at the apartment for a few hikes. There are restaurants in the village or in nearby villages if you can find a parking space - which was unfortunately an issue even in October (also because of construction sites)

Great new place and very nice hosts! The 3 apartments are still very new, the complex and pool are great. We had very good weather and the place was just perfect. Very quiet location, but you can walk to all attractions. Lucia and family were exceptionally nice, but still very discreet. We stayed there with our 1.5 year old daughter, baby bed etc. was perfectly provided. I'm sure we'll be back!

Carla's place is in a peaceful residential complex with a beautiful (but very cold!) shared pool. Easy 10 minute walk to Lasize which is a gorgeous lakeside town with lots of bars and restaurants.

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

We had a wonderful stay at Conny’s place. Just a short walk into Malcesine to access an abundance of restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient for the bubble upto Monte Baldo and the boat across to Limone! Apartment was lovely and had a homely feel with (literally) everything you could think of in the kitchen. The view and balcony really made our trip as the weather wasn’t great but as the balcony is covered we spent a lot of time reading when looking over the lake! We would really recommend this place!
