Nice and spacious apartment and good location from the city center and ski lift. Everything is available in the house.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

The house has all the comforts. All amenities close by. Good base for skiing in various places in the area. Bus stops at the door. Communication carefully and clear.

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Had a fantastic holiday with the six of us in Flims. What a gorgeous apartment! Very cozy, beautiful and comfortably furnished, great beds and an incredibly beautiful view. Contact with Sandy was very smooth. We will definitely come back!

Really impeccable apartment. Spacious and with two large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with shower. The property is brand new and very well maintained. The context is that of a typical mountain village as we like. The nearby grocery store is convenient, for anything you may need. Covered garage and in three minutes by car we were at Pejo Fonti plants. Moreover, there is also a shuttle if you want to avoid moving the car. Last thing: in the apartment he also made us find the morning coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets. Small but significant gestures.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean place. Great view and minutes walk to the busstop for transfer to the slopes. Our stay was excellent.

Miriam's place is a wonderful vacation apartment. ideally located close to the gondola, and in proximity to the center of the town, you feel right at home as you enter. The large living area is perfect to spend cozy evenings / mornings along as a family. The kids bedrooms are amazing, each with its own "cachet".

Nice apartment, convenient and comfortable with simple and accessible ski room, all super well located, close to the center, restaurants, tourist office and buses for skiing or train. Host Emanuela is very available to help and answer any practical questions. Silva Plana is a great discovery. Quiet and charming village with welcoming people. Breathtaking landscape, amazing ski area or cross-country skiing on frozen lakes, in short a great exotic experience. We'll be back.

It's a spotless place, ski in—ski out, right in the center of the shopping street. It is a very modern and cozy apartment. We've been to many places, but that one is definitely one of the best! Great Sauna, great hosts. We did not miss anything - parking space, ski room, next to the slopes, perfect kitchen, airy and great space! Thank you!

Lovely stay with beautiful view!

A really lovely little house, with everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation in the wonderful nature that surrounds it. We stayed in the cabin at the end of winter and there was still snow and cold. It also snowed a lot, adding to the magic, but the house has electric heaters everywhere and a beautiful ceramic woodstove that heats everything abundantly. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom and shower are perfect, with hot water. So even if it's a rustic cabin away from modernity, it's actually equipped with every amenity. Silvia is very kind and helpful, we found her house easily and then personally accompanied us to the cabin. The surroundings are delicious, between trails and ski lift with two ski slopes right in front, which allows you to leave the car. There is also a lovely restaurant in Obermutten that we recommend. Unforgettable, we already miss it, we will definitely be back. Hi Silvia, thank you for everything. A&C.

The location is great for skiing - super close to the gondola. Catia is sweet and we just agreed. The house is in line with the pictures - on 3 levels. Everything was clean when we came. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped. There were plenty of dishes, even condiments. The only minus is that the couch and beds are really old and run down.

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!

It's just a business to get there in winter, but once you get inside, you immediately forgot: the view, the luxury of the sleigh and ski slope right next to the door, the magical silence that falls over the mountain in the evening, the darkness, the first descent on a still empty ski slope, the coziness of the house, the nice kitchen.... Very nice location in the pine forest, very good privacy, but also close to few restaurants, ski and cross country areas incl. rent offices. Hiking routes in walking distance. Supermarkets and gas stations are up to 30 mins drive. Very comfortable hot tub and sauna. All we needed was in the house. The house was very clean and fresh. All the equipment was new and functional. Communication was useful and friendly. Owners are very helpful and know the area very good. Very romantic and natural place to stay out of cities and big crowds.

Very nice chalet in the bird ski resort. We spent 3 great days here and enjoyed the mountains. Fie hosts were very helpful

Andreas Hütte is cozy and lovingly furnished. We didn't miss anything during a week-long stay. Self-catering is easily possible in the fully equipped kitchen, but you can also dine well on the farmed huts that are easy to hike. The arrival is explained in detail by Andrea and the walk in winter takes about 15 minutes with luggage. Everything is as described and in the photos. We had a wonderful time. A warm thank you to the hostess!
