Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. Near the house are two beaches: Pješčana Uvala and/or Uvala Soline, both about 700 m away, approx. 10 minutes' walk. There are more than 20 beaches within 5 km. Cape Kamenjak near the village of Prementura is a must-see.
