It has a private garden with deckchairs (to be used only for the relaxation of people), a table and chairs. Ideal space for a couple to renew themselves from the daily frenzy.

Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

The bungalow is near the beach (easily reached on foot in 7-8 minutes walk through the pine forest), inside a large private property with exclusive parking, large park, laundry with coin-operated washing machine, barbecue. The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
