The entrance is semi-independent in a typical Bolognese building, the entrance is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second and last floor.

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
