I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. Checkin is from 15-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included and has to be paid in cash at checkin.

The bathroom, reserved exclusively for guests of the Pini room, is located outside the room and can be reached by crossing a hallway shared with other guests. The room has internal access via three steps, a private TV, and a balcony with mountain views.
