The 15 m² property consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 1 person. I offer venetian-styled triple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).
