The romantic fireplace or the two balconies make connoisseurs' hearts beat faster. The three bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a divisible box spring double bed and each has its own bathroom. After an eventful day, the sauna, which is shared with the Viridi Chalet, is designed to provide relaxation.

I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. Checkin is from 15-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included and has to be paid in cash at checkin.
