Chiang Mai Pool Villa is the best value for money. Super good location. Unlike other villas, far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets. The people in the villa area are very quiet and not noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. If you want to take a vacation, you can come. Go to Nimman Road in about 15 minutes. Ten minutes to Thapae Gate.Ten minutes to Central.The biggest mall. In a special center area.

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute drive from town, yet nestled in a peaceful and scenic area away from the crowds. The surroundings are serene, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Meta, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. A huge bonus was the fast and reliable WiFi, consistently over 50Mbps, which easily supported two remote workers without any issues. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with excellent connectivity while still being close to Pai’s main attractions, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

This place has a great location, is right there where all cafes, restaurants and stores are. Phatthida is a great host, she is kind, friendly, proactive and very helpful, the place is a reflection of what she is, impecable, excellent taste, well decorated, with all the essentials without being too much just perfect. We had an amazing stay in Chiang Mai in Phatthida´s house, we definitely come back and be very glad to see her again.

Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

We had to shorten our stay following a flight too early, we preferred to get closer to the airport the day before. But the location is ideal for rest, you are 30 minutes from the Golden Triangle, 40 minutes from the center of ChiangRai. In the thermal bath of comfort, everything is there. I highly recommend spending a few days in the countryside, the fresh mountain air and the expertise of the locals, always very welcoming.

I made a reservation at Airbnb and stayed for a month All the staff were friendly and always tasted with laughter. The check-in time was past 01:00, but the security guard had the key, so I was able to check in comfortably ~ They clean it once a week and change two towels. Large towels It's an old building, but the staff took good care of it, so it kept the cleanliness well. The location of the building was great. There was no noise at all in the next room, but the dinosaurs on the upper floor were thumping at 4 am, and I had an hour of morning exercise for about an hour, so it was very stressful, but later, I thought it was an alarm. Especially, the water was clean. My friend who came in with me who lived elsewhere said the filter had changed in 2 days. I was about to change it in two weeks, and I changed one filter for a month and just used it. If you're not sensitive, I think you can use the sour that's attached. One regret is that the flight on the day of departure was 00:40 minutes, so I didn't want to check out in advance and move with my luggage, so I signed a contract until the next day, and I wanted to calculate the checkout cost (water and electricity) 2 days ago, but I had to come and calculate the calculation on the day I left. I was busy, so I said that I wouldn't be able to calculate the rest of the cost a day or two in advance, so I canceled my appointment, came at 3 pm, paid, and came out of the accommodation after 9 pm. I hope it's a little flexible ~

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The location is 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, there are many food nearby, there is a 711 convenience store.The only downside is that the pillows are not clean

I had a great experience in Chiang Mai and this apartment. It was very clean and perfectly situated, just a short 7-minute stroll away from One Nimman, Maya Mall, and a vast array of incredible dining options. Despite Nimman's lively tourist scene, the apartment provided a tranquil haven. Merry's outstanding support and responsiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again soon!

The location is good, quiet but walking distance to restaurants and cafes and train station. I like walking around the alleys/small roads around the apt. the apartment itself is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. will stay there again should I go to chiang mai next time.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

Great place, close to Pai by motorbike. Would recommend for a bigger group.

This Airbnb stay was amazing!Excellent location, just 2 minutes walk from Chiang Mai Center Night Market, very easy to eat and drink.The hosts were very kind and friendly and gave a lot of practical local tips.The room is clean and tidy, the decor is warm and comfortable, the facilities are fully equipped, and you can stay comfortably.Highly recommended for friends traveling in Chiang Mai, great value for money, will choose this place again next time!

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

It was nice to meet the host Miss Roxy, a very high energy girl.Will introduce us to the surrounding itineraries, delicious Michelin restaurants, Buddhist temples, hahaha. Quaint house, just what I liked and expected!There are a lot of roxy in the house from all over the world, it can be seen that she put a lot of heart on the house, she is a girl who loves life!The power and magnetic fields of this house are nourishing. Big love!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

very relaxing place in a quiet and very safe environment. we were a family of 6 with two kids. they loved the tastefully decorated house. Place with an amazing view of a beautiful private pool. very exclusive breathtaking sunset view of the big buddha. paradisiacal setting the hosts live in the village next door are not in the house but available if needed and very responsive. can give you advice. self checkout from the house. a big thank you to Jindara who sent us back in the mail a jewelry left around the pool .received two days after in a beautiful packaging and did not accept dedomagement. you can book without a second thought. if we come back to Chiang rai we hope to be able to come back here
