Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Thailand

Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

Our stay was great. It's a 5 min walk to Central Festival Mall. It's a safe building that has a free shuttle to and from the mall if you dont want to walk. It was very easy to get rides into the city. The washer and full kitchen were very nice and convenient. I recommend this place.

The area is quiet, the environment is beautiful, and the weather is a little freezing and I couldn't enjoy the pool.The car will be a little more convenient, an 8-minute walk to Upper Central Department Store, and the apartment also has a free shuttle golf cart to get to.

Overall loved staying in Hua’s flat - its great value for money, well located and the building amenities are really great. The flat was overall really comfortable and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The only improvements could’ve been more detail about how to check in and out, as well as more pillows and a comfier mattress but overall really good value and we loved our stay.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

The location is really nice. It's just a short walk to Maya Mall, and it was so nice to be able to go directly into Nimmanhaemin Alley as a shortcut. I also liked that the gate was safely controlled. The host was responsive and always took appropriate action. Apart from the bed trim being so off and the overall lighting being a little dark, I was very satisfied, so I definitely want to stay again next time.

The location of the accommodation is so good. There is a great swimming pool and a friendly accommodation owner, so it's reassuring. It's a nice landlord who actively accepts and helps with inconveniences.Thanks to you, I will go back with good memories. I will definitely come back

The Astra Condo is ideally located, walkable to the night markets and Old Town, yet comfortably away from all the late night noise and activities of those areas. The apartment is as described, we stayed for a week and felt really comfortable and at home. Natasa was a very responsive host, everything ran really smoothly and we have no issues recommending to others.

It is a little way from the ancient city, but the environment here is great, the public facilities pool, gym are all unexpectedly satisfied😊😊 The room is clean and tidy, and the room price is very good! The host was very nice and quick communication👍

We traveled with family and place is quiet and peaceful just the way we like it. Community is surrounded by lake inside which makes it even more beautiful! Our children enjoyed playing basketball inside the community. K. Peerasut is very kind and always checked about our well being! If you plan to come Ching Mai with family and children then this could be a right place where kids can enjoy and parents can shop or roam around the town. The house is perfect and equipped with all necessities and the last but not least, the place is fully secured. We will certainly revisit the town and same community/ house.

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

We stayed there 2 months, the place (whole Swiss Valley) is suitable for long term, great and stable wifi, good distance to a market, really nice houses and surrounding, really calm and clean location! We love how Sunisa and Marcel were taking care about us, they were as a family ♥️ We are planning to come back! Thank you for everything 🤩

Very cozy and peaceful villa, very spacious to cook, parents love it, and even started to check the price hahahaha.The driver introduced by Gentile also reliably recommended us a lot of local attractions, I didn't expect Chiangmai to actually see cherry blossoms and small tigers, all in all it was an unforgettable trip, I hope to have the opportunity to come back to Chiang Mai

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

Very good value for the price, the double-story single house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is very clean, the check-in is very smooth, and the surroundings are very quiet.😊

We stayed here for 22 days, it was a very pleasant experience. Our family had an amazing stay at this villa! Traveling with two energetic boys isn’t always easy, but this place made it so enjoyable. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the fun pool toys provided. We also had a great time playing card games together in the evenings—such a nice touch! The host was wonderful and recommended a visit to the zoo, which the kids absolutely loved. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and in a peaceful location, yet still close to everything we needed. A perfect spot for a family getaway. highly recommend!
