Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Northern Thailand

Die Wohnung sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, es war wirklich sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen braucht. Mit einem Bike oder Grab kann man umliegende Ziele gut erreichen. Für uns fühlte sich die Wohnung nicht nach einem Hotel an sondern eher wie ein temporäres Zuhause, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke für Alles :)

Wonderful apartment rental in a great neighborhood of the city. Standouts include the incredibly comfortable bed and nice amenities for food (microwave, kettle, fridge) and outdoor kitchen space. Only downside is the wifi doesn't work very well, but you can get a very cheap Thai phone plan to tether internet and you'll be fine. Overall a great stay, I will come stay again (had the best sleep of my life!!)

For those planning to stay, take note that the room is on 3rd floor, and you'll go up by stairs. I was given the room on the left at first. The room itself is basic, and I have no problem with it, except the AC was not cool enough and the mattress is pretty hard for me, I can hardly get a good sleep. So I tried to speak up to Chaleaf since I will be staying for almost 12 days, and he's been very helpful. I was then moved to the second room, the one on the right side, and have no problems since. Location wise, I like it since 7-11 is very close by. Also there are some night markets nearby, like 10-15 mins by walking. Or if you prefer to go a bit further, Grab or Bolt is very easy to book also. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous y somme resté 6mois même si le logement n'est pas fait pour un séjour de 6 mois nous y étions bien à cause de l'environnement privé d'un haubans la verdure la piscine. Un conseil louer une moto ou une auto, le propriétaire pourra vous aider

Very friendly and lovely people! Room was clean and comfortable.

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

Review: I had a great stay! The room was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect—within walking distance to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Two of my friends and I stayed here for three nights in Chiang Mai. We couldn’t ask for better location! Charles is quick to answer and the place is both clean and modern. Has all necessary amenities! Definitely recommend.

Amy is a fantastic host, clear communication and did everything possible to help me locate Creativitea and to enjoy my stay. Her local knowledge is such a great resource for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The venue itself is in a quiet location and yet so accessible to the highlights of Nimman, Old City, Suthep and more. Highly recommended

It’s clean and the location is really nice Although the host is kind but the answer is a little slow… I‘ve been doing well for two weeks.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The gym on the top floor was a great addition (we booked Astra keeping in mind that we want to have a gym) - fully equipped, machines, weights. The apartment was clean and we had quite a nice view. It was always quiet. The host replied very fast whenever we had any questions. The location is good - just a few minutes by scooter from the city center, a few minute walking distance from the supermarket and the night market.

Beaty nice place water in the shower not really hot and a bit far from old city beside that highly recommend.

Wonderwall hotel is close by the main attraction -Thapae Gate & meeting point for day trip, it’s easy for exploring around Chiangmai. Hotel & room is well designed, simple yet peaceful (except some noises coming from korean guy from hotel next door). The cleaning service also provided in daily basis, which such a good thing. Thanks to Pracha -the host, was responsive to answer all my queries, much appreciated :) I’ll definitely come back to stay here, whenever i visit Chiangmai :)

Minha estadia foi incrível! O lugar era limpo e confortável. Realmente me senti em casa. A piscina é fantástica! Tem tudo que você precisa como máquinas de lavar roupas, filtro de água, espaço para trabalhar. Tudo Impecável. A localização não está certa no GPS então foi um pouco difícil de achar o local e os motoristas do Grab sempre se perdiam, então é preciso um pouco de atenção nisso ao chegar lá. Tem um 7-elevem perto, dá pra ir andando, mas fora isso não tem muita coisas nos arredores então aluguei uma moto para passear pela cidade. Enfim, super recomendo esse lugar!

Nice place. A little bit far from the central area of Chiangmai but the transportation is convenient. The furniture and appliances in the room is ok though not too fine. A little noisy in the daytime but quite at night. It’s a little surprise that the gym room has its own WiFi. Most of all, the host is excellent.

Best value I've seen for a long term unit.

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at both of Ohm & Walter's apartments. They both have great views and are very well equipped. It's a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to all the attractions in Chiang Mai. They are the best hosts and went above and beyond to to provide everything I needed and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay at their apartments again.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The location is really close to Nimman with tons of restaurants close by too. The place was clean and the space was big enough for two. Penny was a great host and went out of her way to help us out when we had a concern. We would recommend!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

像家一樣的地方，這是我多年來在清邁最喜歡的住宿之一。主人非常友善，常常會主動提供暖心的幫助和旅遊建議，房間就跟描述的一樣，非常整潔，設備和生活用品一應俱全，網速非常之好，而且還有可看Netflix的大電視，在大廳有洗衣機可供使用，天台可以晾曬衣物並且是一個舒適的看日落好地方。在附近有7-11和Mini BigC，還有很多本地食品店，稍微遠一點的話還有大型的Big C, Makro和Lotus，非常方便。地點雖然不是主要的旅遊區域，但離機場很近，只要你是有車的話，其實到達各旅遊景點還是很方便的，門外有泊車位，屋主還提供電單車租賃，可算是一站式服務。總括來說這是一個性價比非常高的住宿地方，下次還會再次入住。
