Absolutely loved my stay here! The host was truly exceptional — incredibly caring, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every detail. He even made authentic Chinese food for me, which was absolutely delicious — he’s a fantastic cook! I felt so welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The apartment itself is cozy and perfectly located near the beautiful Jesmond Dene park, which was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

First of all unfortunately i didn't get a chance to meet Sheila as she was out of the country at the time of my visit. I would have really liked to have met her. The location of Sheilas apartment was perfect for me as it was close to the metro and the bus to and from Newcastle were only meters away. The room itself is really large and bright and there was many comfortable seating options. The bed was so comfortable and i slept so well during the 10 nights that I stayed there. Jesmond is a very well to do area of Newcatle and there are a variety a shops, pubs and restaurants near by. I will definitely stay here again the next time that i am visiting Newcastle and I hope that next time I actually get a chance to meet Sheila in person.

I felt at home immediately. I unfortunately had to leave earlier than I'd hoped, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and it's owners to anyone. They were responsive and flexible and understanding with my changing timeframe. If I needed to come back, it's be top of my list. Thank you again. Rich

Staying with Matthew was a pleasure -he was a very hospitable and sociable host and we happily chatted about the recent Newcastle football team win. He let me use his kitchen and gave me space to prepare work in my room. An excellent accommodation at a great price.

Cristina was a model host. responds immediately. clean bedding and room provided. parking at the front was always accessible. there is plenty of fast food and bakeries within walking distance. a supermarket nearby too.

It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the amenities listed were readily available for us to use. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The decor was inviting, and we appreciated how clean and tidy everything was. It was easy to settle in and relax. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.
