In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Historic Cramm Mill, Barn Apt. 5

Our apartment 5 is on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios that we built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historical character of the building as possible - the original wooden beams of the old barn adorn the apartment and the view of the open roof beams. The apartment is 43 square meters.

It is quietly located on the Alsace Wine Route between Mulhouse and Strasbourg, in Ingersheim, a village adjacent to Colmar. All shops nearby, public transport (Colmar Bus) and many activities in the surrounding area.
