Flat - Central and Quiet

Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Welcome to my vacation home Eitel in a small village with 80 inhabitants, 300 meters to the lake. My accommodation is lovingly decorated, so I would like to live there myself. The large garden with barbecue area, children's playground, lawn, library can of course be used at any time. Surrounded by nature, Lake Igelsbach, Lake Brombach, barefoot path, hiking trails, cherry gardens, forest. Ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and peace seekers.

cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. I look forward to seeing you

Our cozy holiday apartment is in a quiet, idyllic location, away from the street noise between Nuremberg, Bamberg and Bayreuth, surrounded by orchards and forests. You can quickly reach the Pottenstein adventure mile and many activities for children, young people and athletes. Spend beautiful and relaxing holidays in a family atmosphere. Opposite is the restaurant "Zur Burgruine", with excellent Franconian cuisine and delicious Franconian drinks.

The somewhat "different" apartment for adults on our estate from 1680 offers many possibilities not only when passing through or for a weekend excursion, but even in bad weather the small "extras" in the apartment can be used. Located in the middle of the Sittenbach valley, the Obermühle has a fish farm, farm shop, beer garden, restaurant and event location. It is always open Fri-Sun. You can also book breakfast on Saturday/Sunday.
