Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The loft is centrally located in Nuremberg in the Gostenhof district. The Gostenhof district is the centrally located artistic, trendy and multi-cultural district of Nuremberg. It is colourful and offers a mix of culture, small shops and gastronomy in its sympathetic way of „letting live and live". The district Gostenhof is the bohemian & multi-kulti side of the city. The surroundings of loft with restaurants, retail outlets and more, offer a lot of culture and cordial understanding.

The approx. 120 square meter loft is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house and stretches over 2 levels. The light-flooded, newly converted apartment offers plenty of space for couples, groups or families. The windows can be completely darkened by an external roller blind. Access is via the shared stairwell. TV, audio, Wi-Fi and wired Internet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, books and DVDs. Simply ask for any other ideas/requests.

Our quiet and stylish loft is perfect for relaxing as well as working. It is located in an annex with an unobstructed view of the spacious garden to the south. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for parties or the like. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.

The spacious and cozy 53 m² studio apartment on the top floor offers enough space for up to 5 people. The various sleeping options include 1 king-size double bed for 2 people, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 high-quality, folding guest bed. The small kitchenette is suitable for preparing small meals. For cooking, there is a mobile induction hob with 2 hotplates and a 25-liter microwave with grill function. The garden is available to guests.
