Large apartment in Franconian lake district with pool

We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

110 sqm city loft in a central location

The stylish loft in the basement of the rear building is perfect for solo travelers and couples. It is modernly furnished and very close to the city center. The apartment, renovated in 2023, with over 110 square meters, has a new built-in kitchen, washing machine and dryer, bed with adjustable slatted base, rowing machine and much more. On request, you can also rent e-bikes. The location at Färbertor offers you the possibility to get to the city center, the opera house or the main train station in a few steps.

Bed 1.40m x 2m on the gallery with memory foam mattress (similar to TEMPUR®), additional telephone, wardrobe 1m x 2.36m with mirrored doors. Bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and washer-dryer (1 kg of laundry takes an hour, closet dry). Second, separate toilet in the entrance area.

The loft is centrally located in Nuremberg in the Gostenhof district. The Gostenhof district is the centrally located artistic, trendy and multi-cultural district of Nuremberg. It is colourful and offers a mix of culture, small shops and gastronomy in its sympathetic way of „letting live and live". The district Gostenhof is the bohemian & multi-kulti side of the city. The surroundings of loft with restaurants, retail outlets and more, offer a lot of culture and cordial understanding.

Between recreation and city - leisure/work

The approx. 120 square meter loft is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house and stretches over 2 levels. The light-flooded, newly converted apartment offers plenty of space for couples, groups or families. The windows can be completely darkened by an external roller blind. Access is via the shared stairwell. TV, audio, Wi-Fi and wired Internet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, books and DVDs. Simply ask for any other ideas/requests.

Relaxed in Nuremberg - Das Einhörnchen

Super quiet yet central - Relaxed loft in old villa with lots of charm and attention to detail. The building was renovated with biological materials, is largely self-sufficient with energy and offers plenty of space for a nice time. You are only 2 subway stops from the train station, can even walk to the old town and are at the same time surrounded by a lot of greenery. A private terrace is there for you, and you can share the garden :-)
