Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.

My place is close to Forchheim, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, and is centrally located to the greater Nuremberg, Erlangen or Bamberg areas. The town of Pinzberg is about 5 km southeast of Forchheim. My property is located on the northern outskirts on the main road. Families with children are welcome, but safety devices for infants (under 3 years) are not available. Shared use of the garden and barbecue are possible. Minimum booking 2 nights.
