In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The Hopfenperle guest house was newly opened in June 2024. Before that, the old Hopfen half-timbered house was renovated with a lot of love. The suite has a size of 55.50 square meters. It is equipped with a sauna and a hot tub. There is a double bed as well as another bed in a separate sleeping area. In the living area, the couch can also be used as a bed. The guest house is centrally located in the town of Spalt, a perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.

The spa is in the basement (sauna and hot tub). Our house is ideal for larger groups and family reunions. Business / trade fair guests feel comfortable: 9 guests each with their own bedroom. Cosy two room apartment with large bathroom (whirlpool) welcomes you! The apartment is on the 1st floor equipped with wardrobe, desk and small breakfast bar consisting of Nespresso machine, kettle, minibar etc. The "to go" breakfast with tea or coffee as well as small snacks welcomes you in the morning. The bathroom has all the usual utensils and a hot tub. Of course, we are always available on site.
