In our shared flat of 5 persons we've got a small but cozy room to rent. We'd like to get to know people from all over the world who want to stay for a while in the beautiful city of Nürnberg. The access to public transportation is very good: 3 min to the S3 which takes you to the city center in 6 min. Though the surroundings are beautiful as well and you'll find everything you need to survive ;) The lake Dutzendteich is close just as supermarkets & you're always allowed to relax in the garden.

The two separate apartments have their own entrance and are accessible through their own staircase. The 2 apartments are equipped with several bedrooms, living areas, a private kitchen, a spacious bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The apartments offer a total of about 80 square meters of living space. The location is in a quiet settlement. All attractive tourist spots are relatively easy to reach - such as the old town, trade fair and playmobil land.

Vom Bahnhof sind es 10 Minuten und ist somit auch ohne Auto ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. In der Hauptsaison gibt es auch kostenlose Seenlandbus, mit diesen könnt ihr bequem das Seenland erkunden.
