Our two-room apartment is located in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

nice sunny flat, 86 qm in the first floor, with 2 bedrooms ; view to our old castle Rothenberg; close to the highway to Nürnberg or Bayreuth, but with the charm of the countryside. You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!

Charming and large flat close to Nürnberg

Die separate Wohnung ist groß (100qm) und schön hell. Holzbalken und Schrägen geben sofort ein gutes Gefühl. Ein neues Bad, eine große Küche mit Platz zum Frühstücken und ein gemütliches Wohn- sowie 2 Doppelschlafzimmer runden die Wohnung ab. Blick auf den großen Garten gegeben. Willkommen in der Villa Sonnenschein aus dem Baujahr 1932 - zwar "nur" in der Einliegerwohnung, dafür aber gleichzeitig idyllisch und verkehrsgünstig gelegen und mit Zugang zu Garten und Wald. Die ELW liegt im Souterrain, aber mit großen Tageslichtfenstern und mit Blick auf unsere schönen Blumenbeete.
