From here you can walk or cycle immediately into the countryside, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. The bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Retro apartment plus construction trailer right on the lake

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-kept, public, free bathing beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you can opt for a shore bike path tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. The house is directly on the Weiß campsite and Natura 2000 area.

You will be living in a modern and extraordinary apartment of an architect. It comprises several levels, from the entrance on the ground floor to the roof terrace: It has a bedroom to the east on the 2nd floor, a bright shower room, a separate living/dining room on the 3rd floor, a small kitchenette, a loggia to the west and a large roof terrace above the 2nd floor with 360° view. Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
