The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

The beautifully furnished guestroom, the cozy living room as well as the carefully arranged garden ensure perfect relaxation during your stay. The room has a French bed 140/200 and is suitable for a couple. It is available with breakfast on request (15./person) and is located in a former guesthouse, which has been breathed back to life. The room is lockable. The breakfast room and terrace are shared with a maximum of two other guests, as well as the bathroom and separate toilet located on the mezzanine. There is another room "Eichenbüchel" listed on Airbnb.

The village Issing is located in the beautiful area Lechrain, a 10 minute car drive away from Landsberg or the Ammersee. It is just an 1 hour drive to Munich or to the Alps. I have a very friendly dog.
