Top floor: Closed bedroom with box spring bed, plus second cozy upholstered bed for one to two more people with curtains as privacy protection. Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor: entrance, living room and balcony. Accessible via an external staircase with 16 steps. Not suitable for children. Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.
