It´s a quiet and sunny apartment close to the center of the city, it´s located close to a green park with a lake and a traditional Bavarian beergarden and a wide range of sport and leisure possibilities. It has good connections via public transport : it´s close to the subway U5 Station Michaelibad (4 minutes to walk and about a 10 minutes ride to Odeonsplatz/close to the Opera, 12 minutes to the Central station) or Tramway N19 ( it´s a 24/7 tramway) St.-Veit-Strasse (it´s almost the same distance to the opera and about a 20 minutes ride, the stop is just in front of the Opera/ Marienplatz) or U2 Station Josephsburgstrasse ( to the old towngate Sendlinger Tor 12 minutes) This two room apartment (with about 50qm) has been completely renovated in autumn 2015 and offers you a high standard. It´s a non-smoker apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, coffee-machine, dishwasher, waterboiler, toaster, oven with a ceramic hob. The furniture of the apartment is new and of very good quality. All the windows have a beautiful gardenview. The apartment provides you with one large bed in the bedroom (140 cm x 200 cm) and a additional comfortable bedcouch (150 cm x 200 cm) in the livingroom. The capacity of the apartment is for 4 - 6 persons, additional beds for a 5th and 6th person are possible. Since July 2013 a spacious sunterrace to the south with approx. 15 squaremeter in the newly remodelled garden in front of the house belongs to the Apartment for a relaxing sunbath or a cool drink in the afternoon. There are a few international (Italian, Chines, Indian, etc.) and traditional bavarian restaurants (with beergarden) close by. There is a public indoor and outdoor swimmingpool with Sauna just across the street (walking less than 5 minutes). A few Supermarkets are in walkingdistance and a shopping Mall is only 10 minutes by subway away. We speaks this Languages : English, French, Italian and some Spanish/Portugues

Spacious Loft | 3 min walk to Oktoberfest

The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.
