Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

My home for friendly people

This is my main living space. I travel a lot so it only makes sense to use it as a rental unit as well. It s not a place for people that look for hotel like accomodations, but more for young free spirited travelers. You will have access to the full space, with all that it comes and still have a dedicated space for your personal stuff. My request is to treat the place with respect, care and I hope my place will give you a feeling of coazynes and home like.

The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. In the countryside and yet close to the city. Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

The small but very spacious apartment on the 4th floor with elevator offers everything needed for a longer stay. It is centrally located. The U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, bus right in front of the house, S-Bahn station can be reached in 5 minutes. The windows face the quiet courtyard and from the balcony you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the city center towards the Olympic Tower
