The public transport connection is very convenient: 2 min to S-Bahn (St-Martin-Str.), 100m to the tram, 10 min to a subway (Untersbergstr.) 26 min with public transport to Octoberfest (S bahn to Ostbahnhof and then U5 to Theresienwiese)
