U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! ☃️

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

This beautifully designed, bright and airy one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay for tourists, professionals or students. It is situated in trendy 'Obergiesing', just 5 min walking distance from the tube, bus and tram. The flat is on the first floor of an old beautiful building, close to the city center, perfect located for a good night sleep and relaxing stay. The apartment is fully furnished with luxury designer furniture and has recently been completely renovated.

Our cozy apartment for up to 4 guests (2 on a bed, 2 on a sofa bed) is in the center of Munich, just a few minutes on foot to the Old Town, Marienplatz and loads of shopping and cultural points of interest. The apartment is in the beautiful neighborhood of Lehel on a quiet side street offering great comfort in a refurbished apartment with a new bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, all bed linens, towels, household appliances, Internet, new mattresses & a Smart-TV.

Peace and a view of the trees and the sky await you in this new, light-flooded loft just 5 minutes from subway line 1, approx. 7-15 minutes to the main train station, city center, "Wiesn" and trade fair. As well as by car close to the middle ring and the highways. Parking is available right in front of the house/driveway. Lean back with a snack and a glass of wine in the evening with open windows to the garden or cozy in front of the sofa or in your bathtub...

Modern and comfortable apartment on 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed (convertible into a double bed), desk, wardrobe, living room and bedroom with 1 sofa bed. Separate dining area. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen: Electric stove, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, dishes. Bathroom: Washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

For this reason, a clean and fully equipped apartment is provided. Enjoy a modern and artistically designed apartment in a central location. Just a 5-minute walk from subway, tram and bus stops. From the Silberhornstraße U-Bahn station, it is only 4 stops to the central train station or Marienplatz.

The apartment is located within a quiet 30 km/h zone with close proximity to parks, supermarkets and bakeries.
