Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.

Monoblock air conditioning box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy anywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost (Untere Au), which I use during the week for project work in Munich myself and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as REWE, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacy are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

The apartment is equipped with a box spring bed (1.40 x 2 meters) as well as a sofa bed (1.60 x 2 meters). In the living room there is a large table that can be used as a desk as well as a living wall (for personal belongings).) The bathroom has a shower with tub + glass screen as well as a towel dryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything essential (fridge/stove/microwave) . Dishes, pots and pan are provided.

The small but very spacious apartment on the 4th floor with elevator offers everything needed for a longer stay. It is centrally located. The U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, bus right in front of the house, S-Bahn station can be reached in 5 minutes. The windows face the quiet courtyard and from the balcony you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the city center towards the Olympic Tower
