My lovely, newly renovated, beautifully furnished accommodation in a quiet, well-maintained location in a charming Bavarian town south of Munich. Very good transport connection. Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family-friendly, pets €12 per day. Close to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shops, and a weekly market on Fridays. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique living feeling. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it remains pleasantly warm and cozy. Step in, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquility of this special location.

An extra bed 1.40 x 2.00 is possible plus a sofa bed. Special highlights would be the enclosed garden with spacious terrace and the tiled stove. Amenities include garden furniture and a grill. Perfect for guests arriving by car. The driveway is lockable and it could accommodate approx. 5 cars can park there.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

We are commuters and share our owner-occupied house, which is exclusively available to you for your stay. Oberhaching is a very quiet suburb of Munich, close to the Autobahnkreuz Süd, quickly connected to Munich by S-Bahn 3 and also the train to the mountains stops here. From our house you can walk to the train station and shopping street in 10 minutes, and Rewe in 6 minutes. We live on the edge of the forest in the middle of nature.
