The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Bring the whole family to this great premises. They were used as commercial space until recently, hence the individual cut and the Ruhr area charm in the design of the apartment. Converted by me into a family-friendly living loft with an ambience appealing to children. The offer includes that the rooms are cleaned, the number of beds booked are freshly covered, and there are two towels available for each guest. In the kitchen, there are utensils to serve four people.

Built in 2021, the house is located in the heart of Oberhausen. The quiet apartment of approx. 35 m² is located in the basement and has a separate entrance. It has a sleeping/living room as well as a daylight bathroom and a kitchen with induction hotplate as well as a fridge and a microwave oven combination unit. Electric vehicles can be charged by prior arrangement.
