The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Private Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Vom Zweibettzimmer bis hin zu einer Essecke und einem 65Zoll O Led TV. Das Bad ist mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet. Eine Kapsel- Kaffeemaschine mit mind. 2 Kapseln stehen in der Küche zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wird nur als gesamte Unterkunft vermietet und wenn auch nur ein einzelner Gast Bucht und im Wohnzimmer übernachtet, muss diese keine Sorgen machen weil das Zimmer keine eigene Tür hat. Das andere Zimmer wird nicht weitervermietet !

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.
