The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.
