Our apartment "Enzian" on the ground floor offers an extraordinary and lovingly furnished retreat for the whole family or for the best friends to experience the beautiful Allgäu together both in summer and in winter. Upon arrival, you will receive the OPLUS card, which allows you to use numerous free services such as mountain railways or ski lifts during your vacation. Enjoy your precious vacation in our vacation home on the mountain together with your loved ones!

A modern, 140-square-meter loft apartment in a rustic style awaits you, which provides relaxation with a great wellness area. The rural location invites you to unwind, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports and recreation areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), spas and many leisure activities, there is no time for boredom. We have a family atmosphere and are always available for questions! Dogs welcome! (Max. 3) Not suitable for parties, JGA, etc.!

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Both the train station and the old town can be reached within minutes. Parking is right in front of the house.
