Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a combined living/sleeping room, bathroom and kitchen. It is rustic and modern and has a brand new box spring bed (H4/H4) and two large relaxing armchairs. The rental prices are valid for occupancy of 2 people. Rent includes: tourist tax, utilities, Internet/phone checking fees and linen.

Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

The 40 m² ‘Alpenglühen’ designer apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests and offers high-quality fittings and a particularly cosy atmosphere. From the apartment, you have a mountain view of the peaks, which glow in the Alpine sunset. From the balcony, you have an impressive panoramic view of the highest peak range in the Allgäu. For a good night's sleep, there is a comfortable queen-size box spring bed with hotel-quality bedding. There is a comfortable sofa for the third guest.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.
