Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our outdoor apartment with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere amidst green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the spa area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rainfall shower. From here, as from the bedroom, you can also reach the balcony directly. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, and the hallway gives access to a separate toilet. The apartment is completely new, as is its equipment.
