Nice attic in hip quarter near train station

The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. There is also a coffee machine and a refrigerator. - train station 2 min. (tram), 5 min. (by foot) - exhibition square 10 min. (tram) - city centre 8 min. (tram), 15 min. (by foot)

This cosy loft with a small kitchen is located on the top floor of a terraced house on Bruderholz. It can be locked and offers a lot of privacy. The associated gallery cannot be used for safety reasons, but floods the room with further light through another skylight. 4MIN FROM City-CENTER, right in the heart of Basel. The TRAMWAY station is IN FRONT of the home and there are several SUPER MARKETS in walking distance as well as a super beautiful park. You will enjoy from a simple flat in a QUIET AREA. I am a commercial photographer and this is my townhouse.
