Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Óbidos Municipality

The place was idyllic and peaceful. Very suitable for two adults and two dogs. The fence surrounds a beautiful yard and the apartment was wonderfully personal. The fireplace burned trees every night because the evenings were cool and it brought a lovely vibe. Carlos was super when he brought us more trees when we ran out of firewood. The photos matched the apartment and yard well. It was a good value.

We had a great stay at Annelies house. We were traveling four adults with two kids 3 years and 9 months. Annelies was very friendly and welcoming. She had tips and information about the area and what to see. We saw the flamingos in the Óbidos Lagoon. She helped with every inquiry we had. It was easy to be there with two kids and cook meals. The house was very clean and if the weather had need better we would have enjoyed the lovely terrace more. We were there in October with humid weather which means we had a few mosquitos. Besides that a great stay - thank you Annelies.

Nice house for two families.

Perfect! We loved the house and the area. Easy check-in and check-out, and the house had everything we needed. Rita and her husband brought firewood to use for the fireplace which made our stay extra comfortable. Definitely recommend

Had a lovely few days at Maria’s gorgeous house in a great location inside the city walls . A charming place with so much character! Near everything but not too busy or noisy , perfectly positioned to explore the area . Maria was very informative and helpful on local recommendations. Highly recommend !

Tucked right inside the old castle walls is this jewel of a home in Obidos. Filled with charm, comfort and space - it is the perfect place to stay while exploring the extraordinary medieval village of Obidos. Maria is a great host - she is helpful and responsive - and made the experience easy and relaxed. Obidos is amazing - full of history with great restaurants, cafes, shops - all within an easy walk from the house. And the Annual Chocolate Festival was the cherry on top (talking of cherries - be sure try the Gingha in the chocolate cups!) Highly recommend this home!

Jaroslav’s is an amazing host and makes you fell welcomed. The place is amazing,plenty of light during the day. The house as everything that we need to spend great times and is well decorated. We really enjoy our stay and definitely will return.

Lovely apartment on the first floor, owners live below. Private parking behind a gate in the courtyard. Apartment was well stocked with all the basics for a visit. Susana and her husband were very welcoming.

Everything was great. Fatima very open and nice person who is happy to answer questions. The proximity to the bus station and train station was particularly good for me.

We love the stay, extremely calm and close to the Óbidos lagoon. For personal unforeseenness we returned early but we will be back for sure. We recommend

The place is spacious, quiet and has a good structure for a couple. Although it is a little far from the center of Caldas da Rainha, access is quick. Teresa was very attentive and caring with us.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with your friends. Linda and John were super helpful and they made sure that we felt at home.

Great accommodation, very clean, just like the photos! Great location for those who want to get to know Óbidos and best of all, we were able to take our two dogs!!! Accommodation to advise everyone who wants to visit deaths and certainly repeat! The only thing to point out is the fact that there is little bed linen (blankets and sheets).

My husband and I spent a week at the Antonio's place and everything was absolutely perfect. Great location in a residential neighborhood, perfect if you plan to do nothing and enjoy the view of the ocean from the terrace or work from home. The ocean itself is further, but the laguna beach is only 15 min walk down the hill, and there are also hiking trails along the coast. (I don't know how dit is during the summer but in September the water was very cold.) The condo is very bright, clean, spacious, with a perfectly equipped kitchen, and it has everything for a long or a short stay.

Great apartment for a family of 4 or two couples. Has everything you could need. The pool was super and not too busy. The resort is great (super sandy beach) and there are many things to do locally. Would really recommend! We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Isabel's house. The house is perfect, very well furnished and equipped! What a pleasure to have the terrace and pool view. It was absolutely calm! You need a car to get around but there is everything you need not far from the house. I would highly recommend staying at Isabel's who will advise you very well! Thanks again

Great property, convenient location for the clubhouse and easy access to pool

We enjoyed our stay! The area is very clean and safe. The beach was pristine. There are not many restaurants around so you will need a car but that allows you to explore the greater area. The Airbnb itself was very clean! Anshuman was very responsive. We would recommend this place to anyone. Hope to be back soon!

Top line, Josie is an absolutely exceptional host. One of the three best we have experienced in 10 years on the Airbnb platform! Caldas da Rainha was a wonderful surprise and was a perfect base for exploring the nearby coast. We spent a day mountain biking from Nazaré and two days surfing the Peniche area. Our days started with some of the best coffee we have had in Europe — What the Folk. Wonderful food in the evenings based on Josie’s recommendations. There is a good art scene. Recommendations from Josie and ceramics and recommendations from What the Folk will serve you well. Josie’s apartment is quiet and comfortable. We used it as a base of exploration so did not cook; the kitchen appears up to the task. The WiFi is fast and there is a 50/60”? Smart TV. The bedrooms and bathroom are nice with a great shower and ample hot water. There is a washing machine; a huge plus when you have been on the road as long as us. We had very little trouble finding free parking. A huge 5 stars
