4 bedroom 1st fl beach home close to everything!

Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

A charming front porch features a small wooden bench with decorative cushions, paired with a round side table. The entrance includes a white door with a grid window and a welcome mat. Natural light illuminates the area, showcasing the welcoming ambiance.

Welcome to our newly renovated, 2-story condo, blocks from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk! Everything inside is brand new, including furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom unit features a front porch and a parking space for one car. It comfortably sleeps 6, with sleeper sofas in the living room allowing up to 8 guests. Conveniently located on West Ave, so there can be some traffic and noise, but it's close to local restaurants, boutique shops, and Starbucks. Enjoy the best of Ocean City!

Welcome to the Beach Bungalow! I am so happy to share my hometown with all of you. Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

1st floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath unit less than a three block walk to the beach and boardwalk ! Also only two blocks from the heart of Ocean City with coffee shops, restaurants +shopping. Enjoy a newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen, two large decks, beach toys+chairs. There is wifi & TVs in the bedroom - the living room has cable + streaming & the bedroom tvs are streaming only. Summer is 7 night minimum rental — Saturday to Saturday for summer 2027 season.
