Modern apartment on the Haard

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

We offer a small apartment (about 50 m²) for max. 3 people on the 1st floor of our quiet semi-detached house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. The stairs are a bit steep, but there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and discount stores are also nearby. Not a place for couples to meet!!No visitors!! No party!!

On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.
