Private Villa Uutan: 2-minute walk to the ski resort, private building. Newly built log house with the scent of wood

Our log house, newly built in autumn 2025, is conveniently located for getting around.Approximately 150 metres (a 2–3-minute walk) to the south entrance of Madarao Kogen Ski Resort. Also within walking distance of the central area, where there are public bus stops, car parks, and numerous restaurants. The facility is fully equipped with a kitchen, bath, washing machine, etc., making it suitable for long-term stays. There is also a large hotel right next door, where you can use the public baths (hot spring, charge applicable) or rent ski equipment. There are several other hot spring facilities nearby. It is perfect for families to rent, and it is great for friends and couples, so all guests can enjoy it. The entire interior is filled with the fresh scent of new wood, creating a warm, natural wood atmosphere.Furthermore, the design of the overhead atrium creates an elegant atmosphere in the space. If you look around, you will see that the property is surrounded by woodland, and you will realise that this is a detached house nestled in the forest. There are trees growing on the veranda and some slightly unusual features in the layout, but this is because we wanted to preserve as much of the forest as possible and allow the trees and the house to coexist. Enjoy a summer barbecue in the cool mountain breeze and take a break from your daily routine. You can bring your own favourite equipment (equipment hire also available) Why not take a break from life in an air-conditioned environment?
