A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

The property is located fifteen minutes from Sella.

The flat is located in Alcoi old town, renovated with a lot of charm inside an old finca. It's a fourth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (anyway, we'll be pleasant to help you with your luggage).
