Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Gîte des Roses is situated in a tranquil village, with amenities close by, a bar, grocery shop/coffee shop, fuel pumps, electric charging station, taxi, post office & church. Bigger towns are 15 mins drive with lots of restaurants, street cafes, water sports, brocantes, wine tasting, & large supermarkets. Horse riding, cycling, chateau tours, can all be booked locally. Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Private car park A20 is 10 minutes away and the train station is a 1 km walk.
