Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

This is a shabby-chic art-studio cabin. It has a stunning walk-in shower w/ an under-water mural mosaic. There are mosaic doors & windows throughout the space. This space shares a common wall with my mosaic art studio. There are 2- sweet Aussie shepherds and 2- domestic cats on the property. Guests are welcome to eat meals on the back deck or beautiful gardens. There is a private shower, sink & composting toilet in cabin. New kitchenette recently added. Would like a long-term day-shift renter.

Free bus line CW picks up in front of the house making UNC and downtown Chapel Hill within mins.

It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. The house is located on our mini-ranch and you’ll enjoy seeing our pony Buster and our goats Goon, Snick and Flip in the nearby pastures!
