Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers direct access to the Loire by bike. This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully-equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

Access to the studio by stairs. It is located 25 km from Nantes city center, 15 km from Clisson and 7 km from Vallet. It is also located 7 km from La Boissière-du-Doré. Quiet and relaxing place located in the Landreau vineyard in the countryside. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
